Care Instructions

• Stainless Steel Care: To maintain the luster and durability of the stainless steel, gently clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.
• Leather Strap Care: Keep the leather strap dry and avoid prolonged exposure to water. If it gets wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. To preserve its softness and appearance, use a leather conditioner every 3-6 months.
• Water Resistance: While the watch is water-resistant, it is recommended to avoid submerging it in water for long periods, such as during swimming or showering, especially if it has a leather strap.

The delivery partner will attempt to deliver the parcel to the customer’s provided address.
Upon successful delivery, the parcel is signed for by the customer (or an authorized recipient) as proof of receipt.
If the customer is unavailable, our delivery partner will make a second attempt or leave instructions for pickup from a nearby location (e.g., local post office or courier hub). 

Customer Feedback & Support: 

After the parcel is delivered, the customer will receive a notification to confirm the successful receipt of the parcel.
Should there be any issues or concerns (such as damaged goods or incorrect items), the customer can contact our support team for assistance.
